2.On the top most bar (just below the British Council logo), click "Activate online account". Note: Your full email address is your username. However you may choose any password of your choice (It must be 6-12 characters)
3.Fill in all the required fields and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen.
4.You will then receive the message, "Thank you for your membership request"
At this stage you'll be prompted to log in in-order to start placing orders for items.

You may quickly browse the collection by clicking any of the categories shown under the Browse tool on the left hand side of the login screen. For example: Management books, Leadership books, Training DVDs or Videos, Entertainment DVDs (Adventure/ Action, Animation, Comedy, Drama, Family, Romance, Thriller) etc...
1. Using the search tool on the left hand side of the login screen, specify your search parameter e.g. Title, subject, author...
Note: The Title, Subject, Author... doesn't have to be complete for you to get results. A word in the title, for example, will still yield results.
2.Alternatively you could search by categories such as Books, Entertainment DVDs, Training DVDs and videos, Periodicals etc.
To narrow down your search further, click the "Advanced Search" option which allows you to not only limit your search to: Title, Author, Subject,... but also Format and Category of the Information resources contained in the collection.
N.B. You must log in first in order to be able to borrow items
1.Using the search options that have been mentioned above, search for the item(s) you are interested in borrowing.
2.Click the cover or the title of the item displayed and you'll be able to read a synopsis / abstract about the item.
3.On the same screen, the status of the item - "Available Now/ On loan" - will be shown.
4.In case the item is available and you wish to request for it, then click the "Request Item" button at the bottom of the screen.
If not, you may then reserve the item by clicking "Add to Wishlist". This will add the item to your wishlist which can be updated any time you wish to.
5.After clicking Request Item,the item will be added to your cart . Repeat this process for all items you wish to borrow and remember that the maximum number of items you can borrow is six.
6.Once you've requested all the items you need, and are all added to your cart, then you may submit your cart by clicking "Submit Cart" at the bottom of the screen.
7.An email will be automatically sent to you confirming your request for the items.
8.Your items will be packed and delivered to your office (institutional address) within 24 hours
N.B. You are required to login in order to request for pickup.

2. Click on the "Request pickup" option. A box with the message, "PICKUP REQUEST" will be shown. Here you may add any other details about the pickup like time, from whom, ...
When you've completed adding relevant information for the pickup, submit the message.
3.You will receive an email confirming receipt of your message shortly and items will be picked up from your office address/institutional address within 24 hours.
1.In case the item you wish to request for is "On loan" to another person then as a way of reserving the item you may add it to your "wishlist" by clicking "Add to Wishlist" as shown at the bottom of the screen.
2.This will enable management to inform you when the item is made available.
Note: You can always add and/or remove items from your "wishlist" at any time
